Account Deletion - Find My Buddy
This page explains how users of Find My Buddy can request account deletion from AzoXis_Company, and what data is deleted or retained.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to findmybuddyapp@gmail.com with subject: Find My Buddy - Account Deletion Request.

In the email body, include:
- the Google account email used in the app,
- your Find My Buddy display name (if available),
- your deletion request confirmation.
- We may ask for additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletions.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Data Deleted
- Account profile record (name, gender, avatar metadata).
- Private profile contact data (phone fields, if present).
- Registered device push-token records.
Data That May Be Retained
- Session artifacts that are necessary for other users' session history integrity.
- Security and operational logs retained for abuse prevention, fraud handling, and legal compliance.
Retained data is limited to what is required for legitimate security, operational, or legal obligations.
Local Device Data
App-local cache/data stored on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from Android settings.
